C.        Retail Customers:         

            For the first 1,000 gallons or any portion thereof in a monthly billing period:

             5/8 inch meter -            $16.09 per month

             1 inch meter -               $21.59 per month

             1.5 inch meter -            $29.84 per month

             2 inch meter -               $32.59 per month

             3 inch meter -               $41.39 per month

             4 inch meter -               $53.49 per month

             6 inch meter -               $65.59 per month

   For use in excess of 1,000 gallons in a monthly billing period:

   $5.89 per 1,000 gallons
